1. Order Processing Time

• Once you have placed your order and full payment has been received, your order will be carefully processed.
• The order will only be shipped after full payment has been successfully completed via the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

2. Delivery and Addressing

• Place of delivery: The place of delivery is the address that the buyer has made known to the company during the checkout process. Please ensure that you fill in your shipping address correctly and completely.
• We strive to pack orders with the greatest possible care to ensure your vintage item is optimally protected during transport.

3. Risk during Transport

• Transfer of risk: The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests entirely with HANDTASTIQUE until the moment of delivery to the buyer (or a representative designated in advance and made known to us), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• Should anything unexpectedly go wrong during transport (such as damage or loss), we will resolve this together with you. In that case, please contact us immediately at info@handtastique.be.

4. Shipping Costs

• All prices stated on the webshop exclude shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise. Any shipping costs will be clearly shown to you during the checkout process before you finalize your order.
